What this is

Video Publisher is a personal tool, operated by NENKAN LLC (Florida, USA), that lets its owner connect their own social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Threads) in order to publish video content and view performance analytics for that content, all from a single place.

What data we access

When you connect a platform, we request only the permissions needed to publish content and read its performance on your behalf:

• YouTube: upload videos, read your channel/video metadata, and read YouTube Analytics data (views, watch time, retention, traffic sources, comments) for videos you own.
• Facebook: list and post to Pages you manage, and read basic Page engagement metrics.
• Instagram: publish content to Instagram Business accounts linked to your Facebook Pages.
• TikTok: read basic profile info and upload/publish videos on your behalf.
• Twitter/X: post and upload media on your behalf, and read basic profile info.
• Threads: read basic profile info and publish content on your behalf.

How data is stored, and for how long

Access tokens and account credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) in our database and are only decrypted server-side at the moment they're needed to make an API call on your behalf. Video files and thumbnails you upload are stored in private object storage. We don't keep this data indefinitely: credentials are deleted the moment you disconnect a platform (see "How to delete your data" below), and we only retain what's needed to operate the features you're actively using.

Google user data & Limited Use

Video Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs (YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: data obtained from your Google/YouTube account is used only to provide and improve the publishing and analytics features of this app that you directly interact with; it is never used or transferred for advertising (including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising); it is never sold, and it is never transferred to or shared with any third party, data broker, or ad network. Any action this app takes on your YouTube/Google account (such as uploading a video) only happens after you specifically initiate it.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, data brokers, or advertisers, for any platform's data — not just Google's. We don't use your data for advertising. We don't access any account data beyond what's needed to publish your content and show you its own performance metrics. We don't post anything without you initiating the action.

How to delete your data

Disconnecting a platform from the Integrations page deletes its stored credentials immediately and automatically — no waiting period. To request deletion of any other data associated with your account (e.g. catalog/analytics records), email us at the address below; we'll confirm what's been deleted within 30 days.
